One of Winchelsea Olives' greatest achievements this year is to have won awards at both the National Olive Oil and the South Australian Olive Oil Competitions for our extra-virgin cold pressed olive oils. Each of these olive oils is bottled as a single, pure variety, rather than blended, reflecting our focus on classical simplicity and excellence. The competition judges also commented on the clean, intense fruit characteristics of these Australian olive oils, which reflect the care we take with fruit production, starting with careful pruning and management of the health of the trees, right through to handpicking all the fruit.
